How long will my bugs be stored on the system?
Bugs will be stored for as long as there is an active, paid subscription. Once the subscription is over (canceled or if payment can no longer be obtained), the system will revert the account to the free service. In the free service, if the account has been inactive for one year, it will be removed.

Can I import bugs from another system?
In the Professional service, bugs can be imported from a CSV file for a one-time fee. If you are interested in importing your own bugs into BugHost, email us and we will be happy to work with you.
